Here at Aura Vision Studios we have an in-house art department, a large 1,500sqft workshop entirely dedicated to storing unique props, set building and everything in between.
Our head of Art Department and one of the UK's leading Art Directors Louis Lasa-Tarbuck has had many years experience in the film industry with a long
list of high profile clients from high street retails brands through to platinum
selling artists music videos.
In combination with the rest of our team here at Aura Vision Studios our art direction has a powerful impact on any project we put our hands to.
WHAT IS ART DIRECTION?
In simple terms, art direction is the oversight of all the artistic aspects of a project. This can be for a music video project, commercial, or even a brand concept photoshoot.Our responsibilities will vary from various projects and companies but typically art direction can be responsible for:

Creating mood boards and/or treatments.

Setting the tone and driving artistic decisions.

Managing the art department team working on the project.

Communicate with clients to coordinate project information.

Acquire any assets necessary for the artistic team to get the job done.

Receive and implement any feedback.
